GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Where can the gift card be used? Michael Buble Gift Card (“Gift Card”) can be used online at http://giftcard.michaelbuble.com/ in accordance with the on-screen instructions.
2. What can the Gift Card be used for? The Gift Card can be used towards the purchase of Michael Buble merchandise (the “Merchandise”).
3. Redemption. Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash except in states where required by law.
4. Policy on lost or stolen cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.
5. Expiration Date. The Gift Card has no expiration date.
6. Restrictions on Use. The Gift Card cannot be combined with any other Gift Cards, gift certificates or other coupons. Gift Cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities without Warner Music Group’s prior written approval and may not be sold other than through authorized Warner Music Group channels. Warner Music Group reserves the right to limit quantities of Gift Cards purchased by any person or entity. Warner Music Group reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if it believes that the Gift Card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.
7. If your purchase exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
8. Billing Errors. Warner Music Group reserves the right to correct any billing errors. Warner Music Group disclaims all liability for any such billing errors.
9. Merchandise. Merchandise may vary at time of redemption.
10. Issuer and Governing Law. This Gift Card is issued and sold by Warner Music Group. All issues and questions concerning these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. Venue for all suits must be in federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, California.
11. Disclaimer. Warner Music Group and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights.
12. Laws and Regulations. Use of the Gift Card is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Please be advised that many states treat gift cards that have been unused for a certain period of time as abandoned property subject to escheat.
13. Privacy Policy. Gift Cards and their use on the http://giftcard.michaelbuble.com/ website are subject to the web site’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy located at http://warnerbrosrecords.com/privacy-policy/.
14. Terms and Conditions. Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Warner Music Group reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time in its discretion without notice.
